*Problem Summary:                                                       
*    The ROPES Parameter File has defined record type 08 for PF Key     
*    assignments and for the Standby Facility controls.                 
*                                                                       
*Symptoms:                                                              
*    None.  This is an internal rearrangement to facilitate future      
*    interactive maintenance of the Parameter File records.             
*                                                                       
*Temporary Fix:                                                         
*    The following changed object members must be obtained from         
*    technical support:                                                 
*        ROPECTBL, ROPECTRL, ROPESBYU                                   
*    The following new object members must be obtained from             
*    technical support:                                                 
*        ROPEMG16                                                       
*                                                                       
*Permanent Fix:                                                         
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of       
*    ROPES.
